January 10, 2007 - Lamm Rubenstone Lesavoy Butz & David proudly announces that Mark S. Haltzman, Founding Partner of The Haltzman Law Firm located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, has merged his practice with Lamm Rubenstone Lesavoy Butz & David LLC, effective October 1, 2006. Mark is a trial attorney, with extensive experience in litigating commercial and civil disputes in state and federal courts, as well as, bankruptcy court. Mark has an MBA and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions where complex client litigation required his appearance. We anticipate that Mark's significant litigation experience will further expand Lamm Rubenstone's growing commercial practice.
