Keith S. Braun As Of Counsel
The Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz has announced that Keith S. Braun (Stamford, Connecticut) has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Corporate, Securities and Financial Services Practice Group.

Mr. Braun concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate and securities law. He represents issuers and investment banking firms in connection with public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions and in a wide variety of general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Braun was Of Counsel at the Garden City law firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP and was previously a Partner at the New York City law firm of Snow Becker Krauss P.C.
Mr. Braun earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut.
