Michael Cardello III, Esq. Elected To Serve As Chair
Of The Metro New York/Connecticut Chapter Of The Nvla
GARDEN CITY, NEW YORK, May 21 2008 - Michael Cardello III, a partner in the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, has been recently elected to serve as Chair of the Metro New York/Connecticut Chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA).
The NVLA is a member-based organization representing many facets of the vehicle leasing industry- from automobile dealerships to independent vehicle leasing companies, to banks and suppliers.
Mr. Cardello concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, and represents clients in the vehicle and equipment leasing industries with regard to all aspects of their business. He currently serves on the Committee for Civil Litigation of The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a Referee for the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of Nassau where he oversees discovery in a complex commercial litigation case. In addition, he is also the immediate past-Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Metro New York/Connecticut Chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association. Mr. Cardello earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Hofstra University.
